What can be done?
Workplace stress is a growing concern across Western workforces. And unfortunately many organisations' attempts to improve or emphasise 'workplace wellbeing' are often misguided. Copycat gimmicks need to be replaced with procedures that align with individual company culture as well as the individual needs of team members.
