What can be done?
Consistent and actionable feedback is becoming more essential for employees due to all generations becoming increasingly accustomed to an 'on-demand' world. The growing need for feedback is a reflection of us living much of our lives in domains that are characterised by instantaneous feedback loops. Think social media feeds, Netflix 'recommendations', and all online services that operate on '5-star' ratings/reviews.
Lomotus' knowledge of such socio-technological changes and the resulting psychological impacts this is having, has led us to develop a range of tools and exercises that allow for progress-driven feedback loops to be integrated by leaders and managers.
